Super Sharp
The blade made of premium 5Cr15Mov steel. The hardness is 58 HRC. The thickness of edge is only 0.2mm after Wet Grind.PS:Most of knives are over 0.3mm, only damascus steel could be 0.1mm.
The blade's edge also has been hand polished at 15 degrees. That is why Astylway knife is so sharp!
