It would boil 1L of water/oil. The necessary insulation must be done because evaporation during the heating process will take away a lot of heat.
How do you reach 300c? With multiple attempts, the hottest temp I can reach is 240c?
300C would be the max. At the max temp, it loses its heat to the atmosphere and the table its on. If you want more heat efficiency, try a water bath with what you are heating.
