- Advanced Environmental Noise Cancelling Technology: LEVN Bluetooth headset adopts unique adaptive environmental noise-cancelling chipset technology, which can identify various background noises in the monitoring environment, thereby effectively suppressing 96% of harmful interfering noises. Bluetooth headset with microphone can provide a quieter environment for listeners and improve the quality of communication even on the go
- 65 hours Super Battery Life: This Trucker bluetooth headset is equipped with a large 400mAh battery, which is specially designed for truck drivers to travel long distances or for business travelers. This wireless headset can be fully charged in just 2 hours, supporting up to 65 hours of work/music time and 35 hours of talk time. Provides plenty of power to stay connected during long-distance work, music time to relieve fatigue, and soft ear earmuffs for all-day comfort
- Easy Bluetooth Connection/Switching for 2 Devices: This wireless bluetooth headset with microphone supports connecting two bluetooth devices at the same time. Even if the phone suddenly calls during a video conference, you can quickly switch to your calling device with one click, so you won't miss any important connections. Support connection with electronic devices using Bluetooth 5.2, such as computer, PC, iPhone, telephone, etc., suitable for multiple states
- Mute Switch and Left/Right Ear Available: The mute button at the bottom of the wireless headset can easily switch the state, avoiding unnecessary embarrassment during the call. The 270° rotatable mic fits comfortably in any left or right ear, and the bendable mic helps you easily find the best angle to capture the clearest sound
- Stable Work at Long Distance: This Bluetooth headset with microphone has a wireless working range of up to 49 feet/15 meters, more stable connection and wider wireless distance. Even if you leave the communication temporarily, the clear sound quality is still unaffected. If you encounter any problems in use, please contact us, we will provide you with high quality solutions!
- To support the cause of environmental protection, we have decided to make a simplification to our product packaging: changing the original color-printed packaging to a natural wood-color finish. This helps reduce the use of inks and dyes, lowering our impact on the environment, while still keeping the product well protected. Thank you for joining us in doing our part for the planet.

Does LEVN LE-HS012 basic headset work with desk phones and IP phones connection to a landline?
It does not work with desk phones and IP phones.
How do I switch devices when a trucker's Bluetooth headset is connected to both a cell phone and a computer?
Once the phone and computer are successfully connected via Bluetooth and paired with the headset, incoming calls from the phone can be quickly and accurately switched to the calling device using the MFB button.
WHY CAN'T I HEAR THE CALLER'S VOICE WHEN I MAKE A CALL WITH THE HEADSET CONNECTED, AND IT'S HARD FOR THEM TO HEAR ME?
Because the audio of some mobile phones is selected by default during a call, please confirm the Audio selection [LEVN LE-HS012 Basic] on the call interface after answering the call.
How to clear the pairing records?
Press and hold the MFB power button and volume + button at the same time for 5-7 seconds. Seeing that the LED indicator light is purple, the headset has cleared the pairing record and restored the factory settings.
