This mini chamfering machine kit includes additional replacement bearings and blades to make it more convenient when you need to replace blades. Chamfering Machine Can Pour Shapes
The maximum processing C Angle of this chamfering machine is C0.1-2 (The best effect is C1, C1 to C2 is best to be chamfered in two times, so the effect is better.)
C-blades: Suitable for chamfering steel materials, such as all kinds of steel parts, A3, 45#, carbon steel, P20, stainless steel and other metals. Not suitable for processing wood and non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum.
Adjusting the scale wheel can adjust the size of the bevel of the cut, but not the angle.
The chamfer size can be adjusted at will: Loosen the 2 screws of the black gear plate with a thinner Allen key, twist the black gear plate left and right, adjust the chamfer size, and fix the 2 screws back to the original position
Usage and Maintenance Tips
1. Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.
2. After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.
3. It is an air compressor (air pump) for mechanical use. The output of the air compressor is about 6~8kg. Generally, most of the compressed gas of a traditional air compressor contains water, and the piston of the air compressor brings out a small part of the lubricating oil. If the oil-water separator is not used, water and oil and gas will enter the inside of the machine for a long time. The occurrence of adhesion slows down the rotation of the machine, resulting in insufficient speed and torque. In this way, the pneumatic tool oil needs to be input into the air inlet, and the machine can be used normally after idling for about ten seconds.
Change blade operation: Loosen the triangle blade screw with a thicker Torx wrench, replace the blade with a new one, and fix the screw again.
1. Use a finer wrench card on the hexagon of the baffle
2. Unscrew the screw, remove the lower baffles and screws
3. Remove the old blade, and replace it with a new one.
