Mono diamond powder is superhard and ultra‐fine abrasive processed from synthetic monocrystalline diamond by special technologies.
Uniform particle
Our diamond grains cover 350‐60000 mesh, with complete mesh options to meet your different polishing requirements.

Our diamond particles range from a maximum fineness of 60000 mesh down to 350 mesh, with a complete lineup of mesh‐size grades available.
Wide Range of Applications:
When polishing jade, agate and jadeite surfaces, ultra‐fine polishing compound alone won’t achieve ideal effects. Pick suitable grades based on your material’s actual surface state. Typically, use two to three grades and polish step‐by‐step from coarse to fine for best results.
How to choose grit
To achieve best polishing results, pick 2‐3 matched mesh grades from coarse to fine according to your material’s surface condition and polish sequentially. Using only extra‐fine particles alone won’t work well.
Kind Tip: W grades cover W0.35‐W60 (W0.35 = fine, W60 = coarse). W is the Chinese national‐standard abbreviation for diamond grain size, short for micrometer. The number after W refers to diamond‐particle diameter. Take W3.5 for instance: its diamond particles are 3.5‐μm across. Smaller numbers = finer polishing compound; larger numbers = coarser compound. Corresponding mesh sizes comply with international standards: higher mesh‐values equal finer grains, lower mesh‐values equal coarser grains.
Grades W0.5, W1, W2, W3 and W6 are ultra‐fine, ideal for precision polishing of relatively smooth‐surfaced jade, jadeite and metals. For regular jade, jadeite bracelets and similar items, W3 alone can deliver a near‐mirror finish. Further fine‐grinding with W1 and W0.5 will produce a full mirror‐like surface. For smooth‐surfaced metal workpieces such as cutting tools, W2 achieves a near‐mirror effect, and subsequent fine polishing with W1 delivers a perfect mirror finish.
W3, W6 and W10 are fine‐grade sizes. Choose W3 for glass polishing and W6 for ceramics. These three grades are also used for rough polishing of moderately rough surfaces on jade, jadeite and metal parts.
Grades W10, W20 and W35 are comparatively coarse, suited for grinding rough‐surfaced jade, jadeite and metal work‐pieces.
W35 correspond to roughly 450 mesh and W60 is 350‐mesh, primarily applied to grind cemented‐carbide components including valves, engine valves and gears.
