Select a product to estimate shipping. What type of USB-A wall charger should I use with 313 Wireless Charger (Stand)?
For 7.5W max iPhone charging or 10W max Samsung Qi-enabled phone charging, a 9V / 2A Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is required. Pixel
phones only support standard 5W charging. Avoid using iPhone 5V / 1A chargers or computer USB ports.
Will 313 Wireless Charger (Stand) work with phone cases?
Use a phone case no thicker than 2.5 mm for optimal performance. iPhone 12 and later models may have alignment issues due to camera bumps, which can affect charging. Rotate your phone horizontally or remove the case for a better connection.
Why is a slow charging notification showing up on my phone?
This is an iOS 18 notification, not a charger issue. It appears when your iPhone detects a higher-powered charger could provide faster charging.
What should I do if my phone experiences intermittent charging, fails to charge, or charges slowly?
Make sure your phone supports Qi charging and use a 9V⎓2A (18W or higher) adapter. Center your phone on the charging pad and use cases under 2.5 mm thick. Remove metal or magnetic accessories, and try another adapter, cable, or device if needed.
Why does my wireless charger sometimes work and sometimes not?
This is usually caused by charging coil misalignment. Center your phone on the charging pad and remove any case or accessories that may affect alignment. If the issue persists, try a different charging position.
