Please Test Whether Your Pole And Old Connector Size Meet The Parameters
“Threads Won’t Engage?”
Measure your pole’s inner hole with a caliper. It must be ≈ 23.0 mm. Verify pole’s thread pitch is 1.25 mm by measuring 5 peaks (divide by 5). Clear any burrs or debris inside before re-tapping.
Connector Feels Loose?
Check your pole’s inner hole—if >23.2 mm, it will be loose. Ensure pole wall is ≈ 1.2 mm. Measure connector OD; it should be 23.0 ± 0.1 mm. If < 22.8 mm, replace with correct size.
