Technical Details:
Escutcheon plates are 1-3/4” W x 9-1/8” L and will not cover standard 2-1/8” cross-bore holes (Please search for the following styles to see wide escutcheon plate options- Diplomat, Envoy, Lavish, Luxuriant, and Royal). American style lever placement- lever installed on the lower half of the escutcheon plate (see lever placement photo). Please also see lever set dimension and milling detail photos to ensure fitment. Fits standard 1-3/8” thick interior doors with 2-3/8” backset (backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the cross-bore hole). When ordering, please specify if 2-3/4” backset is needed. Privacy button pushes in to lock and automatically releases when the interior lever is turned. Matching entry, passage, and dummy sets are available enabling you to use this hardware style throughout your home. Search for: FPL + Athens + function, for example “FPL Athens passage”.
