Installation and Maintenance:
The air cylinder is driven by air pressure. Please choose an air compressor with enough power.
The cylinder should be well protected in places with high humidity, dust, water drop, oil stain, welding slag etc.
The cylinder needs to use filtered gas to avoid damage.

Not used for a long time, the air inlet should be installed with dust-proof cap to avoid rust.

Tips
1.Before installation, the dirt in the hose shall be cleared to prevent sundries from entering the cylinder
2.The medium used in the air cylinder shall be filtered by 40μm filter element at least before being put into use.
3.Avoid lateral loads, which will cause the piston rod to bend and damage the rod end nut.
4.Antifreeze measures shall be taken in low temperature environment to prevent the water in the cylinder from freezing and affecting the normal use.
5.Necessary protective measures shall be taken in the environment with high humidity, more dust or water droplets, oil stain and welding slag.
