Why anyone can unlock the door?
Our door lock is initially set to unlock with any fingerprint, which is why anyone can unlock the door.To prevent unauthorized access, it's important to register your admin fingerprint after installation.
What should you do if you find that you can unlock the door with any finger after setting your fingerprints?
If you discover that the door can be unlocked by anyone despite registering your fingerprints, it's possible they were not programmed correctly. We recommend viewing our video tutorial or reaching out to our service team for guidance.
What should you do after registering your first fingerprint to ensure that it has been registered successfully?
After registering your first fingerprint, test with an unregistered finger to confirm successful programming. If the unregistered finger can unlock the door, then please do re-register the fingerprint using the user guide or video tutorial exactly.
How can I improve the accuracy of the fingerprint recognition on my lock?
For optimal recognition, register your same fingerprint multiple times from different angles. This will ensure that the lock can recognize your fingerprint accurately and provide seamless access.
What can happen if the positive and negative poles of the battery are installed incorrectly?
Ensure correct installation of the battery's positive and negative poles to prevent circuit board damage from a short circuit.
