Preheat the griddle cooktop for 5 minutes on high. Apply 2-3 TBSP Griddle Seasoning to hot griddle. Spread evenly using a paper towel. Use metal tongs or heat proof silicone gloves and cover the entire cook surface as well as all sides. Keep spreading to ensure a uniform thin layer covers all surfaces. Continue wiping until smoking has ended (a few minutes). Repeat step 2 at least three additional times, for a total of 4+ cycles.
