Common errors in use
Please note that the instrument only feeds back the detected correct working state, and will not process the data. The test data jumps too much. Please check whether the test object rotates at a constant speed and the installation is stable.

Matters needing attention:
1. Connect the plug correctly according to the wiring diagram.
2. Hall switch is NPN normally open, and the detection distance of Hall switch should be within 10mm. Hall switch is installed with a diameter of 12mm and a line length of less than 1m.
3. Strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided. It is best to use shielded wire or twisted-pair wire for measuring wires.
4. The input switch or circuit of the counter's counting signal and reset signal should be as close as possible to the terminal of the counter, and the signal line should be as short as possible.
5. Avoid being in the same tube or twisted with other wires, such as high-voltage wires or power wires, so as to avoid unnecessary interference. If necessary, please use shielded wires, and the shielding layer is connected to the counting terminal "+".
6. It is not recommended to use mechanical switches or micro-switches, because their service lives are relatively short and they are easy to count by mistake after a long time; When using mechanical switches or microswitches, please try to use better quality ones to avoid false counting. It is strongly recommended to use magnetic switches.
